Delete your Astrex account
The Astrex app is made by AOORA APPS LLC. You can delete your Astrex account and its data at any time, even without the app installed.
In the app
Open Astrex → More → Settings → Delete account, then confirm.
On the website
Sign in at astrex.app → Settings → Delete account, then confirm.
By email
Write to support@astrex.app from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your account, birth profiles, compatibility results, assistant conversations, tarot questions and push tokens. An active subscription is cancelled first.
What we retain
Payment and tax records, for as long as the law requires. Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account.
If we cannot cancel a subscription automatically, nothing is deleted and we will contact you to finish the deletion.
