Terms of Use
These launch terms are a practical MVP baseline and should be reviewed by counsel before real-money scale.
Entertainment and software scope
AstRex provides astrology, tarot, compatibility, transit, and reflective chat content for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, crisis, or safety advice.
Data sharing for calculations
Readings, compatibility results, the day together and chat answers are calculated automatically by our technical partner OpenAI (USA). When you use these features, we share your questions, chart data and the names of the profiles you entered with this partner. The AstRex app for iPhone asks for your consent before the first transfer, and you can withdraw it at any time in the app settings. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and trials
AstRex offers an introductory trial that renews automatically as a recurring subscription, and recurring subscriptions billed weekly, every 4 weeks, monthly or yearly. The exact price, currency and billing period of your plan are shown on the payment screen before you pay and in the confirmation email. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless a provider policy states otherwise.
Payments and cancellation
Payments are processed by our payment provider depending on the checkout flow. Cancellation and billing management may happen in the provider portal connected to the selected payment channel. To stop the next renewal, cancel no later than 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refund note
Refunds may be considered for technical issues, reviewed under the Refund Policy and applicable law. Subscription fees for used access periods are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or payment-provider policy.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the information you provide and for how you interpret AstRex content. Do not rely on AstRex for urgent, clinical, financial, legal, or safety-critical decisions.
